​1. Introduction
​At SAMVOLTS, we prioritize professional excellence and client satisfaction in all our Engineering and Technical Consultancy projects. This policy outlines our procedures regarding refunds, returns, and service cancellations to ensure transparency and trust between our LLC and our global clients.

​2. Service-Based Refunds (Solar & Auto Diesel Engineering)
​As a specialized technical firm, our services involve engineering expertise, labor, and customized project planning (D-Degree Standard).
​Pre-Project Cancellation: If a client cancels a project before any technical work or site assessment has begun, a full refund (100%) of the initial deposit will be issued, minus any administrative or banking transaction fees.
​In-Progress Projects: If a project is cancelled after technical drawings, solar site assessments, or diesel engine diagnostics have commenced, a partial refund will be calculated based on the hours of engineering labor already invested.
​Completed Services: Once a technical service is completed and signed off by our certified engineers, no refunds will be issued.

​3. Consultancy & Technical Support
​Fees for professional consultancy, technical troubleshooting, and project management sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.
​In the rare event of a technical error on our part, SAMVOLTS will provide complimentary corrective services to meet the agreed-upon standards.

​4. Physical Goods & Equipment (If Applicable)
​If any physical components (Solar Inverters, Diesel Engine Parts, etc.) are supplied through our LLC:
​Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
​Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the client unless the item is proven to be defective upon arrival.

​5. Refund Processing Time
​Once a refund request is approved by our management team (led by Umar), the funds will be credited back to the original payment method (Bank Transfer/Card) within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process the transaction.

​6. Security & Dispute Resolution
​SAMVOLTS maintains high security for all transactions. Any disputes regarding payments should first be directed to our official support channel. We are committed to resolving all issues amicably before escalation to legal or banking mediators.
